Zika virus is an emerging virus transmitted by mosquitoes, was first discovered in Uganda in 1947 in rhesus monkeys by monitoring network jungle yellow fever, and then discovered later in humans in 1952 in Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania. Symptoms:
The incubation period (time from exposure until the onset of symptoms) for the Zika virus is unclear, but it is likely to stretch on for several days. Treatment
Usually Zika virus disease is relatively mild and does not require specific treatment.
